No other conference or event enables you to build your fitness resume by attending more than 150 mind-blowing, heart-pumping sessions from Spinning®, Peak Pilates®, Ugi®, CrossCore®, and Zumba®. Sessions also explore functional training, yoga, flexibility, business training and much more. Yes, anyone can register for sessions, but only paid attendees will be admitted into sessions. You do not need to be registered for sessions in order to visit Vendor Atrium and The Store.

Yes, you can register on-site. But please be advised that sessions sell out well in advance, so we recommend registering before the weekend. You will not be able to change or drop sessions onsite, but you can attend a session on standby basis.

You can register for as many sessions as you like! There are 5 session blocks on Friday, 5 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. There are also 2 special event rides on Saturday evening that are open to all WSSC attendees.

Reserve your spot on the waitlist and we will notify you via email should any spots open up. If you do not receive a notification of an opening, you may show up on the day of the session for the standby line.

Yes, you will have the ability to switch sessions until May 1, 2019. If you need to change sessions after the cutoff date, you can do on site.

Yes, there are several pre-conference and post-conference trainings and workshops that are separate from the main conference registration. Visit the Pre-Conference Trainings page for more information.

You can earn all 14 SPIN® and Peak Pilates® CECs that you need to keep your certification active for two years. ACE, AFAA and NASM CEC/CEUs are also available.

The InterContinental Hotel offers a great discount of $189 per night for a hotel room. Visit the Hotel page for more information.

The valet parking fee is $20 per day or $35 for overnight parking.

The InterContinental Hotel faces Bayfront Park and offers spectacular ocean views. The nearest beach is South Beach, which is a short 15-20-minute drive away.

Yes, the Vendor Atrium is located in the heart of the event next to the registration desk, session rooms, and The Store. Visit Vendor Atrium each day to try out and shop for new and exciting products, accessories, apparel and education materials. And don’t forget to try out the food and drink samples.

Yes, the WSSC Conference Store (also known as The Store) is conveniently located next to the registration desk at the heart of the conference. The Store is packed with everything you need for your active lifestyle, including casual wear, cycling shoes, yoga mats, water bottles, music and much, much more!

Bring comfortable apparel (sweat absorbent top and bottom), a water bottle, towel, and notebook and pen to take notes. For Spinning® sessions; cycling shorts, socks and cycling shoes are recommended. You may want to plan ahead and bring separate apparel for each session.

Dual-sided pedals with toe cages and SPD®-compatible systems will be on all Spinner® bikes. Sorry, but there will be no LOOK®-compatible pedal systems, and no switching out of pedals is allowed.

Prior to March 1, 2019 - Full refund, no processing fee.
Between March 1 and May 1, 2019 - Refund less a processing fee of $75.
After May 1, 2019 - No refunds will be issued.

There is no age limit to attend WSSC. However, anyone under the age of 18 registering for the conference must submit a letter of consent signed by a legal guardian via email to info@wsscconference.com or via fax to Attention: WSSC 2019 Customer Service at 310-740-8669.
